One of the main areas of POLITEX's activity is expert work in the field of industrial safety at hazardous production facilities. Industrial safety is the protection of individuals and society against accidents at hazardous production facilities and their consequences. Industrial safety means, first and foremost, the safety of the people who work at an enterprise and live in the area where it operates. The requirement for organizations operating hazardous production facilities to undergo industrial safety expertise is set out in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities”.
POLITEX is an accredited expert organization (accreditation certificate registered in the register of accredited expert organizations under No. ЭТ-006 dated 28 October 2021). Annex to the accreditation certificate (scope of accreditation).

Industrial safety expertise of buildings and structures at hazardous production facilities is carried out:
- for the timely detection and prevention of emergencies at hazardous production facilities related to buildings and structures;
- to ensure the safe operation of buildings and structures;
- to protect workers at hazardous production facilities from possible adverse effects caused by the operation of buildings and structures.
- where design documentation is unavailable or does not specify the service life of the buildings and structures;
- after an accident or natural events that may have damaged the load-bearing structures of buildings and structures at a hazardous production facility;
- upon expiry of the service life established by previous expertise conclusions;
Industrial safety expertise of buildings and structures at hazardous production facilities is carried out in two stages: Stage I – engineering inspection of the building structures; Stage II – preparation of the industrial safety expertise conclusion.
Upon completion of the work, an industrial safety expertise conclusion is issued and registered with the Committee for Industrial, Radiation and Nuclear Safety under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
